President:  Kevin Ruth

Kevin Ruth, Supervisory Community Manager, started Thoroughbred Management Company in 1997; the company has twice been named Management Company of the Year by CAI.   Kevin feels the single most important aspect in dealing with HOAs is not only being professional and personable but promoting reasonableness. As one of the charter members of CAMEO, Kevin sited that the cooperative relationship between other member management companies throughout the history of the organization brings strength in identifying and resolving problems, “I’m a big believer in companies and organizations identifying their core values,   and developing goals that align with those values. CAMEO is committed to helping management companies, obtain and train qualified employees and identifying good BMPs (Best Management Practices).   CAMEO also provides the method for reaching consensus on legislation and regulation affects our business operations, all created and executed in an atmosphere of reasonableness.”  




Vice President of Legislation: Kevin Wallace

Kevin is President and CEO of RMI Management, LLC, one of the largest property management companies in southern Nevada.  Kevin is a leader in the association management industry and is often asked to speak at national conferences and industry related events.  He is actively involved in the legislative process, of which his dedication and professionalism is evident.  Kevin’s vision is consistent with his desire to continuously to add value to the community association management industry.  With this, his role provides an emphasis on education, training, mentorship and adding value to its members.  CAMEO is very active in the legislative process and seeks to influence the direction of regulation and legislation in a positive manner.  RMI Management manages over 200 associations and employs nearly 500 people.  Prior to joining RMI, Kevin was an audit manager with Ernst & Young, an international accounting firm.  Kevin graduated magna cum laude in accounting from Utah State University in 1989.





Vice President of Education: Norm Rosensteel


Mr. Rosensteel has in excess of twenty four years of expertise in the community management industry with the principal focus of his expertise orientated to the management of community associations, HOA's, and commercial properties.

Norman is the CEO of AMI and has earned the PCAM, AMS and CMCA designations from CAI, and is a Nevada Certified Supervising Community Association Manager.
Mr. Rosensteel has extensive expertise in community association and condominium management and reserve studies and analysis.

On the local level, he has served as an Association Management Consultant and has been instrumental in the planning and early management of developer controlled accounts. He formerly served on the Board of Directors of Community Associations’ Institute Nevada Chapter, and was President in 2002. He was selected as Portfolio Manager of the Year for 2000. Mr. Rosensteel also served on CAI’s Legislative Action Committee for two years, CAMEO’s Legislative Committee, has been active in the State Legislature, and teaches on the local, state and national levels.

  



Vice President of Programs: Ken Williams

Complete Association Management Company, LLC (CAMCO), is a full service, locally owned organization that operates solely in Clark County, Nevada.  CAMCO was founded by Bill Locatelli who was also a founding member of CAMEO. In 1998 Mr. Locatelli hired a member of the Howard Hughes Corporation, Summerlin Division, to come on board and assist with the start up of his company. That individual was Ken Williams who on January 1, 2004 bought CAMCO from Mr. Locatelli and remains the owner. Previous to joining the CAMCO Team Mr. Williams was a member of the United States Air Force, honorably as a Senior Enlisted Member with numerous awards and decorations of service. Many of Mr. Williams’ years in service were spent working classified projects on the Tonopah Test Range, proving his integrity and trust. Mr. Williams’ goals and reasons for being not only a member of CAMEO but a CAMEO Board Member are to assist with improving the image of the Community Association Management Industry, Industry legislation that makes sense and the enhancement of the Industry Education System. CAMCO is a member of the Better Business Bureau, Las Vegas Chamber of Commerce, Community Association Institute, Southern Nevada Homebuilders Association where Mr. Williams serves as the Chairman for their Hi-Pac Golf Tournaments, National Association of Homebuilders, Nevada Association of Community Managers and of course CAMEO.

Treasurer / Secretary: Trish Hall 

Trish Hall is President of Colonial Property Management that has been managing HOA’s since 2001 with offices in Las Vegas and Mesquite.  Ms. Hall is a charter member of CAMEO and member and past President of Community Association Institute (CAI).  Ms. Hall has been a Community Manager 20 plus years and has a firm belief that education plays the most important role for Community Managers and Board Members in maintaining the highest level of integrity and professionalism in the industry. “Management Company Owners and Community Managers should be held to the highest ethical standards to maintain a strong and vibrant HOA industry.” 



Historical  and Education Advisor:  Sara Barry

Sara Barry is one of the founding forces behind the organization, who, with the help and efforts of 15 other charter members joined together for the purpose of resolving issues that are commonplace to all management companies.   As the owner of a management company and the instructor of many of the classes offered to train managers, she feels, “CAMEO supports the diverse leadership styles of our members, to grow their businesses responsibly and ensure that the members and their staff  will have the tools they need for best management practices, through support in education and working together on public policy.”




Lobbyist and Public Advisor: Bryan Gresh

For 15 years, Bryan was an award winning investigative reporter/anchor for a number of television stations around the country. In 1987, Bryan went to work in Las Vegas, where he spent five years with the CBS affiliate, KLAS-TV, Channel 8. While at KLAS, Bryan received local and regional awards recognizing his writing skills and investigative abilities.

After a successful television career, Bryan set his sights on the challenges in the political arena with the formation of The Gresh Group Inc. in 1991. Early Nevada campaign involvement included successful campaigns for several Southern Nevada Assemblymen, two Nevada State Senators and a U.S. Congressional Representative.

In 1994, The Gresh Group expanded to include Government Affairs representation. As the company has evolved, government affairs has become the cornerstone of The Gresh Group. Beginning with the 1995 session, Bryan successfully represented several clients before the Nevada State Legislature in Carson City. Over the years, his client base grew to include diverse business interests such as DIRECTV and Hewlett-Packard. Public sector clients include the Regional Transportation Commission of Sothern Nevada and the Southern Nevada Health District. Touro University and the University of Southern Nevada are clients in the higher education arena.

Bryan’s media consulting expertise provides elected officials, including numerous Nevada State Senators, Assembly members, local government electeds, as well as local business leaders, with the tools they need to deal effectively with the media. During the summer of 1996, Bryan was retained by Dole/Kemp ’96 to coordinate Senator Bob Dole’s presidential campaign in southern Nevada. His background as a television anchorman enables Bryan to offer his clients media credibility and an extensive network of contacts. 

Bryan is a member of the Nevada Broadcasting Hall of Fame and served two terms as a Foundation Board Member of the prestigious Desert Research Institute.


CAMEO Executive Director:  Keri Hawkins

Keri Hawkins has an extensive background in associations, accounting and management.  She previously worked for Capital Consultants Management Corporation for SouthShore at Lake Las Vegas, Centex Homes as the Framing Division Cost Accountant then on to Calply as the Purchasing Manager.

Keri currently serves as the Vice President of NAWIC, Region 12 NEF Fundraising Chair, National NEF Fundraising Chair and NEF Trustee among many other positions.
